Passport inOrder integrates with your ERP system and can supplement or replace your dispatch system. Passport inOrder for Facilities Management provides a management portal for tracking the status of jobs and location of resources, assigning work orders to maintenance staff or tradespeople, and wirelessly dispatching work lists to the field. Techs using mobile devices are then able to view task history and details, enter job notes and parts used, identify action items and update work order status on the spot.
